Thread shown is not included and is shown for photographic purposes. But rather is ideal for someone who already has one or more Amaya's and simply wishes to add an additional one. This is not a machine for someone just starting out. You*must* have Amaya OS to operate this machine. Embroidery machines are high-precision devices. I recommend that you service any machine after moving it. The machine was kept on a UPS at all times to protect the electronics from issues. Other than the test sewout it has not been run since it was serviced. The machine was serviced last in Aug of 2011 when we closed the company. When we closed the company we moved them from the production area to where it is being stored. Jonathan is one of the best technician's in the world. The vast majority of machine service was done by Jonathan Harrison of Jonno's Embroidery Repair of Dallas. more maintained under factory warranty and factory service contract during the entire time they were in operation. It has been idle for the last year and a half inside storage. The machine had light usage of 1 to 2 days per week for the 6 years it was in operation. The company was primarily screenprinting and embroidery was a side business that never really took off. It is for sale because the company closed and it is no longer needed. This machine is in good working order with no known issues. It is easily twice as fast as Tajima, Brother, or Barudan machines. Some caps and designs required slowing the machine down due to material movement. But realistically we ran it at 600 spm for most caps and 1100-1200 for most flats. Laser needle placement and a host of other wonderful features. This is a 16 color machine with computerized thread feed. You are viewing a 2005 Melco Amaya Embroidery Machine.
